Max started at this year’s Goodwood Revival in our Maserati 250F V12 in the Richmond Trophy. In qualifying on Friday, he achieved to put the only remaining 12-cylinder Maserati monoposto from the 1950s on a very good third place on the grid. In the race on Saturday he was not able to hold his place until the end and had to let Roger Wills in his Lotus 16 and Tony Wood in the Tecnica Maserati 250F pass. With the fifth place overall, he became best of the drum-brake equipped cars, which was still a very good result.
